Examination Details:

Mode of Examination:

  • Total Marks: 300 (Each section 100 marks)
  • Marking Scheme - MCQs: +4 for correct, -1 for wrong and Numerical Value Questions: +4 for correct, no negative marking

Paper 2A: (For B.Arch.)

  • Sections: Mathematics, Aptitude Test, Drawing Test
  • Type: Mathematics and Aptitude are MCQs, Drawing is subjective.
  • Duration: 3 hours

Paper 2B: (For B.Planning)

  • Sections: Mathematics, Aptitude Test, Planning-Based Questions
  • Type: MCQs
  • Duration: 3 hours
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Educational Qualification: Must have passed or appearing in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Age Limit: Generally, no age limit; check specific institute criteria.
  • Number of Attempts: Can appear in JEE Main for three consecutive years.

Examination Pattern for Paper 1:
  • Physics: 30 questions (20 MCQs + 10 Numerical), 100 marks

  • Mathematics: 30 questions (20 MCQs + 10 Numerical), 100 marks
